Porridge supplies your body with all the important nutrients at breakfast, is easy to digest, and good for your immune system. The complex carbohydrates in whole-grain oats only cause your blood sugar to rise slowly, which means you stay full for longer and avoid cravings. In addition, whole-grain oats ensure healthy digestion thanks to the fiber they contain. The blueberries also contain important antioxidants that protect you from free radicals and therefore against diseases. Important vitamins and minerals are also contained in apples. By the way, our porridge is prepared in just 3 minutes, without any cooking.

Recipe 

Pour 50 g of porridge (6 tbsp) in a bowl with approx. 130 ml (depending on the desired consistency) of boiling water or 110 ml of hot milk, stir, let it soak for 3 minutes, and enjoy warm. "Overnight oats": Pour a little more cold water or cold milk over them and let them sit overnight.
