Probios organic wheat flours are produced with wheat grown in Italy. The wholemeal type retains a large part of the enzymatic activity of the cereals and is tasty and flavourful, with an appreciable nutritional value. Wheat flour is suitable for baking and in the preparation of sweet and savory baked goods. All Probios flours are packaged in a protective atmosphere in order to maintain the organoleptic qualities unaltered over time.
