Probios organic spelled flour is produced with spelled grown in Italy, of the ancient "Spelta" variety already cultivated in Roman times. The integral version, with high fiber content, gives the products a strong, marked taste, a color, and a more rustic appearance. Suitable for bread making, in the preparation of bread, bread sticks, crushed bread, pizzas, and for sweet products. All Probios flours are packaged in a protective atmosphere in order to keep the organoleptic qualities unaltered over time.
