Kuzu Probios is a starch extracted from the root of Pueraria Lobata, according to the traditional Japanese method, known in macrobiotic medicine for its anti-inflammatory properties and adjuvant for digestive tract disorders. Use it as a thickener for soups, broths, sauces, desserts or puddings, dissolving a teaspoon in a little cold water and then heating for a few minutes, stirring until a dense and transparent compound is produced. Available in a 70g jar.
