Visual appearance (Colour): Clear amber, with reddish shades. Aroma: Lightly intense and persistent. Taste (mouth feel): Sweet taste and in some cases, with slight sour notes. Texture (Crystallization): Slow crystallization, often starting at the bottom and rising in the form of a constellation. PRODUCT INFORMATION Organic Lavender honey produced by our bees from the flowers of wild lavender located in the Natural Park of Sierra de Gredos.
