Texture (Crystallization): Of limited tendency to crystallization. PRODUCT INFORMATION Organic Thyme Honey prepared by our bees, originating from Mediterranean thyme wild flowers, found in the Natural Parks of Sierra Mariola and La Safor and in the Natural Park of Sierra de la Cebollera.
