that has been minimally processed to remove only the tough

inedible outer hull , and then ground, retaining its three parts

(bran, endosperm, and germ) to preserve its nutritional values

Our Organic Whole Barley is produced organically using traditional methods, where the barley grains are ground in stone mills without any additives.

It is free from preservatives and additives, ensuring pure organic quality. Our barley grains contain no preservatives or additives

Talbina Recipe:

Serves 4 118g (1/2 cup) Whole barley flour 235ml (1 cup) water 235ml (1 cup) milk Toppings as desired: cinnamon, coconut, nuts, honey.

Mix 118 g of Talbinah with 235 ml of cold water, then cook the mixture for at least 15 min, stirring continuously without stopping, until the barley is cooked well to make it easy to digest.

Then add 235 ml of milk and stir continuously until it boils.

Pour the mixture into the dishes.

Leave it to cool in the refrigerator, add desired toppings when eating.
