Probios Wok Noodles are perfect for Asian-style sautéed recipes. Their intense taste is characteristic of oriental preparations. Cook them for 4 minutes in unsalted boiling water over low heat, or leave them to soak in hot water (70-80°) for about 10 minutes, covered. Once drained and passed under cold water, add them to the pan with your favorite ingredients already cooked and sauté them for a couple of minutes: in the blink of an eye, you bring Asia to the table! Available in 250g format. Also try the classic version, with chili, with mixed vegetables, or Ramen Noodles for soups.
