The “Porcini” Mushrooms Stock-Cubes is one of Bauer’s new products. Only top-quality mushrooms added to carefully selected vegetables. These new stock cubes are versatile, wholesome and healthy: they exalt the taste of rice, but are also excellent to flavour soups.

USAGE

Ideal for preparing refined risotto and tasty meat dishes.

Dissolve 1 Mushroom Stock-cube in 500ml of water and boil for a couple of minutes, stirring occasionally. You can also add the desired quantity of stock cube to other foods during cooking.

Extract of soy and corn vegetable proteins, iodized salt 37.4%, sunflower oil: 8,1%, dehydrated “porcini” mushrooms 7,1%, dehydrated vegetables in variable percentage (carrot, onion, potato, tomato, parsley, leek, garlic, celery) 3.3%%, yeast extract, water, natural olive extract.
