Wok Noodles Probios are ideal for Asian-style sauteed recipes, such as the famous noodles with vegetables and soy sauce. Their taste is delicate, but characteristic of oriental preparations. Cook them for 4 minutes in unsalted boiling water over low heat, or leave them to soak in hot water not brought to a boil (70-80 °) for about 10 minutes, covered. Once drained and passed under cold water, add them to the pan with your favorite ingredients already cooked and sauté them for a couple of minutes: in the blink of an eye, you bring Asia to the table! Available in 250g format. Also, try the Ramen Noodles version for soups.
