Our traditional and organic jams are cooked in Provence with know-how inherited from old-fashioned jam recipes, with cooking in a cauldron. Our more than 30 years of jam-making know-how has enabled us to develop tasty recipes. Jams rich in fruits, tastes and flavors.

With pure cane sugar

Derived from the stalks of sugar cane, cane sugar is an essential ingredient in the kitchen. Reputed to be healthier, cane sugar can be used in many ways. Very complete, cane sugar is rich in many nutrients essential to the proper functioning of the body.

Cauldron cooking

The Counts of Provence opted for cooking in a cauldron. Traditional method used by craftsmen and our grandmothers the width of the cauldron allows a good distribution of heat to obtain even cooking and avoid overcooking. The concentration of taste and flavors is therefore better. Cooking in a cauldron also preserves the environment because the temperature rise is faster, which saves energy.

Organic

The Manufacture "Les Comtes de Provence" offers a whole range of products labeled "Organic Agriculture". Our range includes organic jams, organic compotes, organic honeys and organic confits. These tasty organic recipes cooked in a cauldron are enriched with fruit and reduced in pure cane sugar. Their raw materials come from organic farming and are of superior quality. Recipes rich in Fruits, rich in Taste!

Rich in organic fruits

Our organic jams are enriched with fruit (up to 75% for jams and 85% for compotes) and reduced in sugar. Organic compotes, on the other hand, are less sweet, cook more gently and are therefore richer in fruit.
